Do not talk to these people. They're a collection agency with one of the worst reputations around.
They also spoof numbers all the time to make it look as if they are calling from a local number:
https://www.consumer.ftc.gov/blog/2016/05/scammers-can-fake-caller-id-info

Just block them and do not answer. File a complaint too. One day soon they'll get shut down because they have such a poor reputation.

Loved the comment above that their vice president is trained as an auto mechanic, and their supposed office location is an old warehouse in the middle of nowhere. It's true!

Credit Adjustments, Inc. Caller is a bunch of worthless collectors who have a LOT of lawsuits filed against them for violating the fair debt collection practices act.

Their business address is some old warehouse in Ohio, I checked. Not great.

Don't talk to them at all. Block their calls. File a complaint against them. They are real bottom feeders and should be put out of business for violating laws over and over.

Oh, and another plus - if you look up the guy who is their Vice President of Business Development, he is an auto mechanic who graduated from an auto mechanic school.

These unqualified people are operating out of this warehouse garage and are harassing consumers. Stop them.

Low-class collectors who have many complaints filed against them.

First step if they bother you is to file a formal, written complaint with your State Attorney General and the Consumer Financial protection Bureau (CFPB). http://www.bbb.org/toledo/business-reviews/collection-agencies/credit-adjustments-in-defiance-oh-22000014/complaints#breakdown

Bottom feeder student loan collectors - and these ones have so many complaints against them with the Attorney General's office in several states, it's not funny. Report them to your state Atty General and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), and if we all keep doing that, we WILL shut them and their unethical practices down!
