Q: What is Reverd App?
An application for mobile smart phones like iPhone, Nexus, Galaxy etc. Reverd app reduces stress. It stops unwanted phone calls efficiently and effortlessly with minimal user input. Eliminates disturbances, annoyance, irritation, anger and frustration. Frequent updates with new harassing phone numbers from the community reported complaints are provided for better protection.
Q: Can I uninstall the Reverd app from iPhone?
A simple way to uninstall apps from iPhone is by tap and wiggle:
After you tap and hold any icon, the apps wiggle, and an (x) appears that lets you delete them. Just tap and hold any app icon until all the icons start wiggling. You will notice that many of them have a little (x). The ones without an (x) are default apps that are part of iOS and cannot be deleted. Tap the (x), then tap Delete in the dialog. Note that doing so deletes not only the app, but also all of its data. Please tell us the reason for uninstalling the Reverd app so we can improve. Thanks!

Unfortunately the iOS platform does not allow us to handle calls with "No Caller ID". The system needs a number in order to silence it.

No, there is no need to keep the app "open". Once installed the Reverd app works in the background seamlessly. It is always on protecting your phone from annoying scam calls 24/7.

Q: How do I block calls on iPhone?
Just add the number to your silent list as described in our app help for iPhone following the steps below:
Q: In the iPhone settings I cannot see a list of numbers in the Reverd contact
You are probably trying to see or edit the single “Reverd” contact with thousands of community reported numbers as provided by the Reverd application. This is easy and fast in latest iPhones but it is almost impossible in older devises with poor RAM and configs.
1. Simply restart the phone and try to access the “Reverd” contact.
2. Hard reset the phone to flush the memory. To hard reset, one needs to hold the home and on/off switch simultaneously for 5 seconds until the Apple logo appears and allow the phone to start. Then try to access the “Reverd” contact.
3. Or maybe buy a new phone.
Q: How many numbers are on your Blacklist?
App users receive an optimized for performance Blacklist that includes about a thousand of lately reported harassing phone numbers from different countries around the world.

Q: Why the app doesn’t start on my iPhone and the cursor spinning forever?
There are two possible reasons for that:
Possible reason 1: Your phone might be running out of memory therefore the installation cannot be completed.
Solution: Free some space in your phone memory by deleting unnecessary applications, photos, videos etc. Then uninstall and reinstall the Reverd app following the steps below. It is important to delete the reverd contact because sometimes when the old installation copy is still there it interferes with the new installation so it is recommended to start clean.
Possible reason 2: You did not permit the app to create Reverd contact on your phone. The app needs to create Reverd contact in order to function. It will not touch your contacts or anything else.
Explanation: If for some reason you dismissed to give permission the very first time you tried to install the app, and now you try to install again so you see the alert to provide permission to add the Blacklist to contacts
By pressing OK you are not actually giving the permission to the app to access contacts, so it may keep trying and trying and cannot start… This is because once the permission dialog has been dismissed, iPhone keeps the settings even after uninstallation. So now the only way you can give permission is by going thru settings after installation.
Solution: Go to your iPhone Settings > Reverd and there Enable the contacts toggle. See the screenshot below. This can be done only after installation.

Q: How to delete apps on iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus
To avoid accidentally triggering Quick Actions because of 3D Touch:
If you’re still triggering Quick Actions then the foolproof method is to find a folder like Extras, and place your finger or press as firmly as you want on the folder, and wait for a few seconds to put the app icons and folders in jiggle mode. Since folders don’t have Quick Actions, it doesn’t matter how firmly you press on them without accidentally triggering Quick Actions.
Once the app icons are in wiggle mode, you will be able to move or delete them from the Home screen.
Alternatively, you can also adjust the sensitivity of 3D Touch based on your preference to make it easier or harder to trigger 3D Touch Quick Actions.
